First and foremost, our rep is an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledge and expertise are top notch. There has not been one thing I can say our rep has struggled with. Any project or task we work on, they are always willing to jump in and get things moving. They work well with all levels of the organization and always answers any questions timely and with a deep explanation. Employees consistently reach out and let me know how nice they are and how easy they are to talk to when an employee reaches out on an issue. Honestly, I do not know of one area of opportunity for them, and I'm not just saying that. From payroll to taxes to system configuration, they have a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Even rolling out a new version of UKG and them not knowing their way around, they work like they've been in the system 10+ years. Yes, we may hit some issues from time to time and have to wait for UKG to troubleshoot/teach us best practices, but, again, they are always willing to put in a ticket and try to figure it out on their own while we wait. They are truly an asset for your team. Operations Inc is so lucky to have them.
