The worst realtor group in existence. I lived at their Union Loft property and I’ve had packages stolen countless times from what was supposed to be a “secured” package room. They force a “amenity fee” on tenants when Union Lofts has NO amenities. I had my external storage unit within the building broken into and got ZERO help from the resident services staff. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend. If you are considering moving into an Onni property I beg you not to do it. They don’t care about their tenants. You will have an up hill battle trying to get your deposit back after moving out. PLEASE don’t move into any Onni Group properties. I’ve heard horror stories about their other properties as well.

If i could write 0 star review i would do it.

***Anyone that have electric car please read this review.
I’m frustrated but i will keep it as honest as possible.
My name is Ron, apt 3012, current parking space #394.

It’s my 2nd lease at 825 s hill st in los angeles.
I’ve been resident in this building for almost 2years.
Since i moved there, until this moment i have problems with my charger connections/stations.

Between my first lease to the 2nd they increased the parking cost from 200$ to 250$ a month.

out of 30 days of trying to use the different chargers (when they changed my parking space).
In average 11 times a month the charging wasn’t working.

After 2 years of back and forth, with Kelvin, and Sam the manager.
All they do is blaming charge point, when the real problem is the internet connection that not as good as it should to be in order for those charges to work properly.
They make me loose so much time, endless hours on emails, back and forth calls between me them and charge point.

In some point, i have a conversation with kelvin and i told him I wasn’t be able to charge my car for almost entire month, i spend almost double on super chargers plus the time and the traffic and the extra work i needed to have every night because of those delays in my schedule.

Kelvin promised me that they won’t charge me for this month (if i recall right it was ether November or December).

To my surprise , the did charge me, and of course i have the conversation on record in my email.

I went to speak with the manager-Sam
He ensure me that it doesn’t make sense and they will charge me because kelvin and no one on the lease office have the authority to confirm/decide about parking charges.

After seeing the email (thank god it wasn’t verbally agreed) he said he will check and get back to me.

The following month, of course, I didn’t see that deduction and i needed to go again to meet with sam and get it sorted.
(Eventually it was).

Long story short-
All those 2 years of bad experience with charge points wasn’t because of charge point.
It’s because the bad internet connection that they have in those parking lots and not sufficient enough for those chargers stations.
Meaning, it’s the building owner/comapany responsibility to fix this problem and not their 3rd side charger contractor.(charge point).

I’m running a construction business, IM going in and out, to meeting, office, work from home.
Endless schedule and every minute on my day i have something that i need to get done.

Now imagine your self, having this back and forth for 2 years, for a problem that keeps happening over and over again with my tight schedule, instead of finishing my calls, estimates, running my projects, I’m having extra 2 hours a day delays because i cannot consistently charge my car when IM getting home from work.
Bottom line:

Because all of those days that i couldn’t charge my tesla, getting home or leaving the house with 1-5% battery, not i need to replace my battery and that will cost me more than 12000$. My battery efficiency decreased by 22%.

I was really patient and stop my self many times from posting a bad review about them, but finally when i understood that all this back and forth was nothing, and they always gave me the feeling that they trying to help me and it’s charge point problems and not their, today i decided enough is enough.
Alot of money/time/and frustration will come to an end.
I will make sure that any of my friends/clients that ever interested in moving to dtla, will not even consider moving to this building.
2 years of lying, 2 years of waisted energy and time.

Peace and love u all, i hope you never need to experience what i experienced with 825 s hill st.

Horrible business practices.
Absolutely no human approach to tenants.
This is not real estate company, this is law firm pushing to sign papers and threatening to take you to the court.
We got 3 spaces in Glendale we were interested and made mistake signed paper with one of them we were considering as potential place. And asked for 2 month ahead that we are not gonna move, Onni Group pushed 10.000$ fine to close contract, absolutely providing NO value to my business.
Horrible business practices.
I will never recommend anyone in Glendale to have a deal with Onni group, worst experience. Anytime if someone doesn’t need my company service we always go with customer needs and even if there is legal binding involved we will never take clients to the court as if someone doesn’t need your services - they are not gonna pay, it’s very clear. And it’s fair business practices.

Onni group speaks in different language, they are not understanding your business practices, they just have a paper signed and they are gonna push all their law department to get money from you without providing any value. Absolutely horrible experience, worst property management I’ve ever seen chasing every dime.

Fraudulent and unethical management do NOT rent here. My agent was Brittney they act like they care really they are just getting paid $$ to show you around, they don’t tell you any information about how to apply or the requirements, just show you around to get paid and hopefully collect money from you. Seriously these realtors do not do anything or give you help in anyway it is all for show they do not answer questions sincerely and you can easily tell they do not care about their tenants.

YARI ZEPEDA AT LEASING AT THE BURBANK MALL IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT TO HER FOR THE PAST YEAR TO OPEN UP A FRANCHISE COFFEE SHOP AND SHE NEVER ANSWERS. AFTER CALLING FOR THE PAST YEAR AND LEAVING MESSAGES SHE FINALLY GOT BACK TO ME AND WAS VERY RUDE. SHE CUT ME OFF NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. SHE SAID COFFEE BEAN WONT BE INTERESTED IN OPENING IN THE BURBANK MALL. NOW I SEE WHY THE BURBANK MALL IS DEAD, SO MANY CLOSED DOWN STORES AND IS DOING HORRIBLE. YARI ZEPEDA IS NOT DOING HWR JOB ALSO SEEMS LIKE SHE IS SABOTAGING THE BURBANK MALL.
