This company is where it’s at! I will always renew my ACLS/BLS with On Call Training Solutions! The customer service is excellent, timely, and flexible. I had to renew both recently for the second time and was able to schedule an appointment easily/quickly. The training on site is great too you can tell the staff are very knowledgeable, energetic, and willing to help. I personally always feel more knowledgeable getting my certifications through them. What sets them apart is the experience/learning actually feels fun rather than a daunting task.

I love having On-Call as an option for my recertifications. I never have trouble getting into a class quickly when I need it. Meanwhile, at places I work, sometimes I have to book months in advance. The customer service is always top notch. I send in my request for a class, and within a day or so (sometimes a few hours), I have a confirmation that my class is scheduled. I receive my educational materials almost immediately so I can knock the pretest out of the way. The professionalism at the facility is evident. The team has all the things you would expect at a certification credentialing center. They are knowledgeable with tons of real life experience to pull from. The class, although thorough and packed with information, is actually enjoyable and much more relaxed than others. I will gladly go to On-Call for all my training needs.
