I had been using office service solutions for the past several years. At first I was happy as I was a small, new business and they seemed very knowledgeable. Candice was very hands on and quick to respond. As I continued to grow in business their customer service and communication seemed to take a decline. I would send multiple emails and call without answers and then I was talking to multiple people, things were not kept straight. I even had to follow up about paperwork that I paid them to file and was never notified on my next steps or that it was even near completion, for several months after it had been sitting in their office. I also wasn’t notified that I had to complete something before tax filing to help save myself significant amounts of money. If I knew this myself I wouldn’t have been using a service which ultimately made me look elsewhere.

I've been sitting on this review for a long time now, but as I am still getting notices of tax payments that I need to remediate from previous tax years, I felt it was finally time to write this.

At first, Candice was very pleasant to work with when I met with her in person. However, as years went on, I would go months without communication. I was a new business and totally lost when it came to doing my taxes, what to submit, etc. There were zero responses to emails and no guidance. Calls would go unanswered. I was completely left in the dark. Candice would ask me to submit all my paperwork for tax projections in the winter time, and I wouldn't hear from her until the week before taxes were due in the Spring the following year. It wasn't until Asher started taking over a year or two ago that the correspondence got better and I was able to get a glimmer of guidance and/or updates.

Unfortunately, my taxes were filed wrong. I have business write offs that weren't even mine, a whole income/job that was not submitted, and to this day I am still getting notices about payments that weren't completed. I've owed thousands of dollars for being late (because of office service solution's wrong doing), to which they said they would try to have waived by writing a letter. That money was never waived, btw.

I now have a new accountant and the communication and guidance is clear as day and I cannot believe the difference.

I had the pleasure to speak with Asher Please about my book keeping needs and although my business is so macro at this point that I do not need their services, Asher was nothing but helpful, transparent and full of tips to help me navigate new solutions with my current book keeping platform.
By speaking further with Asher I realized that office service solution also offers services to ensure that business licenses are up to date when operating under an LLC (they also offer to set it all up and manage them so you never miss paying your LLC taxes.) And if you ever dealt with the state online platform you know they can be tricky. Office service solutions takes this headache away too!
He even checked on my EIN questions and got back to me the very next day.
I can’t speak highly enough of Asher and office service solutions as they have been more than helpful even as I did not give them my business at this time! As soon as I grow to the next level of my business I will definitely use them as they take all the admin headaches around tax prep and state dealing away and are really friendly to boot!
