First and foremost. The lady running this NJR office building has proven to herself that her car is more important than representing the disabled community. I have been to this location many times with clear evidence that this lady has no proper tags or disability to show to give her the right to park here. If this issue persist, parking tickets will be assessed. Employees of this company shows clearly that don’t don’t care about YOU!

My review is based on my personal experience with factual information.

I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER BASED SOLEY ON MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

CASTILLE URBANA
We had a signed reservation at a pre-construction price. This was signed in 2021 with a $10,000 deposit given.

In 2023 when they were ready to break ground, the developer cancelled our reservation by email and returned our $10K deposit.
When we contacted them by phone, they informed me that they had cancelled all reservations, not just ours.

They said we could still buy the same unit, but the price would be $75,000 higher than the price on our signed, pre -construction reservation.

The reservation does say that either party can cancel at any time. The builder had every legal right to cancel the reservation before going to contract.

We have bought 30+ properties at pre-construction pricing and we have never had any other builder not honor the price on the signed, pre-construction reservation.

DOMUS URBANA
We bought in March 2023

Balcony support arms and balconies have several areas of rust. Developer sent rep with a can of white spray paint. We did not accept this as solution. In my opinion, this is not a permanent fix to a larger issue.

Lobby floods every time it rains and there is standing water in lobby for several hours.
Building design has open air lobby. The design is fine if done properly. The lobby floor is pitched toward the opening to the garage. The garage floor is higher so the water has no where to go and gets stuck in the lobby. If there were a drain or if the floor was pitched properly this would not be an issue. Builder is aware of this issue and has not made any effort to correct.

JEFF was very rude and decided to harass someone who’s car was broken down(not mine I was assisting) rather then help he decided to tell us it was a private parking lot. Thanks for the help, JEFF!
