this is the worst company who has the worst customer service. I was transferred over to different people during the call and they all asked my full social security and DOB. I really hate to share this sensitive information for no reason with these people. They didn't even help me to resolve my issue.

Administered my own company's 401K for years. So, I understand how a 401K plan should be run. I have been attempting to rollover my funds at Newport group for over a month now. Online portal worthless. Customer service reps are inept, appear poorly trained and are not empowered to actually provide any solutions. I actually had to get my attorney involved to complete this routine request. The plan is so poorly managed I suspect that it is intentional. They actually seem to be trying to keep participant's money. Criminal!

Called to get assistance moving my money, as the company I work for was sold, and requiring I move the retirement account. No forms available to help online. Representative said that someone would call me back in 3 days. No call. When I called back a week later, I had another rep whom likes to use fancy terms and would not explain. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she flat out refused. Lost my temper and screamed, and demanded that someone call me back. I'm still waiting.... Worst financial company I have ever had to deal with. Would give a half star option if available.

they ask for $30 to issue 401k check and promise 10 days for delivery, after 10 business days waiting without receiving anything, they ask for another $30 to re-issue the check and another 15 days waiting, no mail tracking can be provided unless pay additional $30.
custom service repeated they need that money to proceed, no other options.

If it weren't for a connection with my employer I would think this company is a scam. They ask for your social multiple times when you call but won't allow you access to your account, instead directing you to your HR department. Their voice-activated self service phone line is about as helpful as a heart attack.
If you have an option - take your money elsewhere!!!

Given new information every time I call. Just when I think I have completed the process, another issue arises. I have been on the phone 5 times for the same issue and it still isn't resolved. Not sure if all employees get the same training or information, but I don't believe they do. It's been a process...

Live entertainment on Saturday night, super loud. Flaming margarita's and flying shots of tequila. Amazing chips and salsa. Menu is the size of Cheesecake Factory which in my opinion doesn't allow them to specialize in the food which was less than average. If you are there for the atmosphere, you will love it, just leave your tastebuds at home.

Terrible, been trying to get my 401k rolled over for 7 months. Keep getting told different things from different people no set standard no one knows anything. Supposed to be rolling over 6200 but somehow keep getting checks for $100
