The owner is a big hothead, not professional at all to say the least. He likes to Gaslight people to get his way. Also, he likes to pound his chest and tell everyone how much money he makes. The worst part is that he will tell/threaten you to get what he wants by telling people how much he can hurt their business being that he owns an advertising company. Not at all someone I would do any more business with at all. My best advice is he does not belong as the head of a company and his company will reflect who he is. I strongly would tell anyone not to deal with this guy, they have so much better people to do business with.
