I have had National Security for over 4 years and I am so pleased . They have friendly staff from the administration to the technicians . They always answer the phones 24 hours a day and never has an answering service.As a former customer of ADT which provided terrible customer service as well as high prices. ADT is not local and National is family owned local and I highly recommend National for all security needs.

We purchased a home with a security system in it that you installed. The system is disconnected and we just found out our smoke detectors aren’t working (for the last 6 years). We need the code to the system but are being told we can’t have it because we aren’t your customer.

If we buy a five year contract then you can help us. Seriously? Is this how you do business You hold people hostage We could die in a fire or be poisoned by carbon monoxide!!! You seriously won’t help us And people trust you with the security of their home? You are heartless!!!!
