We are an insurance company and accountability is something we strongly believe in any time we mess up. Maybe that is all this was a mess up. We rely on marketing companies in order to be able to service our customers. The greatest asset we have in order to deliver this is TIME and I can say that, that was wasted, promises we’re not delivered upon communication was really good the manager tried his best to resolve all issues we encountered but just kept being pushed back with no resolution so again just more time wasted. They’re the first that came up when we searched there was a process where there’s an campaign account set up all time invested but when the time came to go live they were unable to deliver which is extremely frustrating we got our refund back but still it hurts us when we are relying on you to help us reach our customers
