I give them three because they have done 5-star work for me since the early 2000’s. They’ve done the decals on all 12 of my current work trucks for my small business and lots before that. BUT, I got 1-star service recently. Went by, just like always, got a truck measured for decals. Was told I would get proofs in a few days. Never got the proofs. Wesley strung me along for three weeks. I was even told once by him I would get proofs in 30 minutes. Didn’t happen. “He’s been really busy”— was the response I got the last time I called. Should have told me that weeks ago, and I would’ve understood. Not good treatment for anyone, much less a decades-long client.

The guys at Morris Signs have always been very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I utilize their services for a variety of different projects. They offer way more then just signs. They do full color graphic decals, banners, & more. They have always treated me fair and worked hard to complete projects in a very reasonable time frame. Great work!!

BAD DISHONEST BUSINESS! I would not recommend Morris Signs to anyone! I was referred to Morris Signs for vehicle decals. I initially spoke with Wesley, and detailed exactly what I wanted for my vehicle and he understood. He immediately informed that they were very busy and it should take about a week to complete. After that week passed, I called for an update and was once again told that they were "very busy" but will get to it. I called the next week and every week after only to be told the same thing again and Wesley was always "unavailable". After noting my frustration and frequent calls, Mike Morris informed me that my work had not even been started and that they were not even capable of doing what I had asked. He immediately referred me to another business. He stated that he did not understand why Wesley even agreed to take on the project since it is not their specialty. If I would have been informed of that a month ago, I would have taken my business elsewhere initially. This is very disappointing and bad business!

Stopped by on 3/31(wed) for a small vehicle decal. Measurements were taken, was quoted a price and was told it'll be completed by tomorrow. Called Thursday afternoon and was told I had projects ahead of mine and it hasn't been looked at but it'll be done by Friday. I didn't receive a call Friday so I called back Monday afternoon only to be told that the person working on it would get back to me so I called back Tuesday only to get the same response I got Monday and each time that I called my number was annotated. Now here it is Friday(4/9)over a week later and I still haven't heard anything. I should have followed my gut instinct that my business wasn't wanted the day I walked in the door!
