Kristin in Sales was great to deal with from the start. She did an outstanding job communicating with me regarding our event which was a casino night fundraiser for a non-profit. Monte Carlo Productions put on a FABULOUS Casino Night for our group of 130ppl! The set-up, dealers, and music were amazing. Our group had such a great time! Lawrence was the Pit Boss - and he was GREAT! Lawrence was super helpful to me when getting organized, and he made sure that everyone was having a good time! I would highly recommend Monte Carlo Productions again!

We just use Monte Carlo productions for our party. Evan was great! We had a craps table and a blackjack table. The dealers were very helpful in teaching my friends how to play the games. The whole thing was seamless and super fun!!

Very unprofessional and rude establishment. On Thursday February 13th at approximately 9:15am. I pulled up to an unmarked available parking spot that had no signage or cones. I was rudely interrupted on a private phone call by Rosemary Brown who aggressively ran up to my vehicle. She loudly screamed at me and banged on my window shouting out “you can’t park here” I immediately thought is she the parking attendant people? I was extremely confused because I didn’t notice any signage in the exact parking spot I was in. I asked her thinking she was a parking attendant where else I could park to walk into this other establishment that’s when she screamed back at me and rolled her eyes “I don’t know you people all take up those parking spots!” Then just walked away. I was appalled and shocked at how rude and dismissive her response was. Later I called to speak with a manager to which Ms. Brown answered and claimed she is a manger and said the reason ahead said that is because her employees can’t park there. So she basically rudely turned me away from parking in a public parking area that she had no authority over just because she felt that the employees can’t park anywhere. I am totally embarrassed and disappointed with this establishment. I would never do any business with this company. It’s unfortunate that people are so rude these days and have no authority on public parking area. Please stay away from this business.

I visited a few other establishments at Trabert Ave on February 13th at approximately 9:15 am. I parked in an unmarked spot with no signage or cones. Rosemary Brown approached my vehicle, loudly instructing me that I couldn't park there. I was confused due to the lack of signage. When I asked her about alternative parking, she responded rudely.

I suggest that Monte Carlo Productions consider clearer parking signage to avoid similar confusion for customers in the future that are shopping at other establishments in that public parking area. Will contact the establishment property management and or law enforcement for assistance to clarify where I can and can’t park.

Monte Carlo ROCKS! I work for a public school in the metro area and we have worked with Monte Carlo for a few years now. We’ve done several different themes for our prom every year and they have something for every theme you can think of. They are friendly and professional. We specifically work with Kevan and he is awesome! This is the place you want to go to for your party needs.
