Moffitt Law Firm is the truth. If you have a DUI you really should call them. They were able to get my DUI off my record and instead made it reckless driving. It saved my license and a butt load of fines and fees.
They answered the phone every time I called and their people skills were always on point.
I honestly thought it was going to be a big hassle and I was worried about going to jail and losing my license, but with Moffitt Law Firm it couldn't have been more easier. I honestly worried for no reason. They even worked with me on a payment plan. Moffitt law firm truly is FOR THE PEOPLE. So, please do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and call them, especially if you find yourself with a DUI. Honestly speaking I do not think you will find another attorney who will take as good of care of you than they will.
P.S AT first I was going to go with the public defender to save money and time but I decided to just give them a call just to see what they might say. Truthfully, the public defender was not in anyway willing to actually fight for me, nor was he concerned about my case. He was actually going to let me go to court with a DUI hanging over my head. The outcome of choosing the public defender vs Moffitt Law Firm would have been catastrophic to my record and my future in nursing.
