I had a fantastic experience working with Lori at Minuteman. I needed a very time-sensitive, same-day print job delivered by courier to a client while I was on the west coast. Lori went above and beyond to make sure everything was printed quickly and perfectly. Not only did she provide excellent customer service, but the cost was also a fraction of what other local competitors quoted me—about 1/4th the price! I had a disappointing experience with this business. After reaching out for their services, I never received a response. I followed up multiple times, but it felt like I was completely ghosted. Their lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating, and ultimately, they didn’t meet my needs at all. I wouldn’t recommend them.

While they did do a rush job for us, they didn't get us all the name badges we ordered. They closed the shop before 5:00pm and left the items outside of the shop, so once we realized the extra name badges we ordered and paid for were not in the box, there was no one we could contact. So we didn't have all that we needed for an event that started today.

Very disappointed and had no one we could talk to since they are closed till Monday. When you charge someone for something make sure you complete the entire order and don't be in such a rush to close up early!

Wow!! Some great customer service, which is so rarely found these days!! My fifth project with this Minuteman office, and each time has been stress free. The team is very friendly and works with me to collaborate on the best items to fit my requirements. Makes you feel like they are listening to your needs and they successfully translate that into a marvelous product. They even carry the finished product to your car. Now that is service above and beyond the normal. Thanks for being the best at what you do!
