We contracted Micco Land Clearing to precision clear for new construction residents. The outcome was beyond our expectations. Site was left clean and clear. Pine and cedar debris was finely chipped and deposited in driveway and graded evenly as we requested. Roots of large trees adjacent to cleared area we're left undisturbed. Alvin understood our vision and executed perfectly.

Alvin was prompt and professional from start to finish! He took care of all the brush and large pepper trees on our property as well as mulching. His pricing was very competitive, and he didn't treat me like I was just another paycheck. He will be doing any and alll future work for me! We had a very complicated tree removal project in Sebastian and Alvin (owner/operator) did an amazing job from start to finish. From our first phone call he was responsive and professional. He dealt with the utility companies and took the necessary precautions to ensure that the lot clearing was completed correctly and safely. His 20+ years of experience was evident by the quality of the work he performed. Alvin kept us informed of the progress and was always punctual and completed what he said he was going to do. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeliness, and value of the work Micco Land Services performed for us and would highly recommend them.

If you want quality work done right the first time hire Alvin, you might have to wait in line to get him but it's worth the wait. He works quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him for any work you need done on your property. He re-sculpted my yard to correct drainage issues and installed a driveway to my shop/RV storage. I am very happy I had him do the job.
