I worked with them last year to develop our company website. The final product was what we expected. We had multiple back and forth in order to get our information clear and that would work for future SEO. After finalizing with the site, we asked them multiple times to add some changes and updates on the photo section of our website and they where always helpful with that without any complaints. They've been managing and updating the site throughout the year, giving us some tips on how to improve traffic and what information to update to make it more visible. I am happy with the final product and service.

Very rude after paid 1300 for website..... is never available for a phone call and is very unprofessional I do not recommend using him in the future to anyone! And as of right now I still have no website! At this point it really does not matter the Better Business Bureau has been called as well as the bank as well as PayPal and any website I can upload the screenshots of how you done with the situation will be done! We have explained to you time and time again through emails we do not understand what you're asking for is pictures and text that is very vague especially when we know nothing about website that is why we hired you and wanted to speak with you over the phone and go through it step-by-step but I guess you have no time for that so you can keep the first 800 that is fine we would like refund that we paid yesterday on i-675 since you have no communication skills and personally as a business owner I would not treat a client like that have a wonderful day! And no discount was given we didn't even sign a contract with you and we were definitely not recommended with you a business partner hired you!

After sending in payment, we had 3 days to send HIM everything we needed for website or he was not going to finish it. We had no problem with doing what we needed to do to complete this and were very great full for him to put this on hold for us for a few months due to unfortunate circumstances. When I emailed him and asked him if we could have a quick 15 minute call just to go over what exactly we needed to have for him to finish the website, he rudely replied that he didn't have time and it was in prior emails what he needed. His prior emails were very vague, basically the text and pictures for listings we needed (which if he would of given us 10 minutes of his time, he would of known that's not how our business works and we needed it done differently) I emailed him back stating that's not what we needed and it was very vague, And his reply was "look back on your emails, DO NOT waste anymore of my time." I have no idea how to build a website, or what kind of things to put on it, that's why I was paying him. We could of worked together and got this completed and everyone would of been happy. Instead, I got nothing but rude replys. This is NOT how you operate a business!
