I just want to say how happy I am with our entire experience with both of my children’s senior photos. Karissa is truly a gem!! When my daughter had her photos two years ago, it was such an easy, fun experience from start to finish. And then today, two years later, the same professional, easy, and fun experience with my son. Karissa did both my children’s photos and she is such a rock star!! Her helpers were great too! Through the phone calls, receptionist, Lily, and Karissa, it was just such an overall amazing experience!

We were so pleased with Lily & David McGregor! The staff answers any questions you have before your appointment. Walking in your greeted and a photographer is waiting for you. I liked how they are open to any ideas you have for your pictures. We had the pleasure of working with Mike and David they were down to earth and fun to be around. I can't wait for the pictures to come to us. Several high schools work with them and I'm happy we found this place. Definitely check them out!

Hands down the BEST photographer my family has ever experienced!
My son had his senior picture session at their studio. His little brother was there and they included him in one of the pictures. It was so nice for them to include our "little man".
The photographer during our visit was professional and so kind to our family.
Even when you call the office, the staff is friendly, patient, and thorough with you. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Absolutely disgusted with this establishment! My son suffered with acne and a red rash on his face during picture day… both were accentuated instead of touched up in the original photo.

My disappointment is due to lack of care and unprofessionalism. I rearranged a retake when his flare up subsided, and the retake was great! However, not one person can tell me where the RETAKE photo is, and why it wasn’t submitted to the yearbook for publishing. I am livid!

I signed him out of school early, and made it to the scheduled retake appointment at the studio on time. I did everything they asked of me, even labeling the photo with his name, grade, school, and retake. Yet, they still couldn’t ensure the correct photo was submitted?!

He is in 8th grade and this is how he will be remembered. Sucks big time!

They did the school pictures for my son, which turned out so great. It’s hard to get my kid smile in a way that doesn’t seem awkward! We ordered a handful of photos and two of them came bent- through no fault of the photographer- they were carefully packed and labeled as photos so it was our mailman’s mistake. However, when I called and said “I know it’s not your fault…” and asking if they had insurance for this kind of thing- they without question sent us new copies. I appreciate this kind of high level customer service. 5 stars.

Awesome setup. They took beautiful pictures. We went all over downtown old Buford. Very professional. Should have taken some pics. FYI, it is up 24 stairs.

Now on our 3rd year of unusable school photos. I am so disappointed that the pictures are such poor quality I can’t even justify spending money on them. This is harsh criticism but it’s time to consider a mentor or pack it up. In the latest round, the lighting is so poor that lighting was clearly low to the ground shining up on my child’s face, creating the craziest shadows for a portrait I have ever seen in a professional setting. If you don’t know how to appropriately light a portrait set, please stop doing portraits. I’ll be begging the school system to move along because the move away from lifetouch wasn’t it.
