I am very angry and dissatisfied with this company. I was informed by lapointe that I would be receiving 5,000$ back for my federal return 2,000$ back for my state for my 2022 return. I have yet to receive my state refund and now he won't answer calls or emails. I am completely in the dark. Very unprofessional.

I filed with him February 3rd it’s February 17th when I check my transcripts it said no return filed. But I did get a loan. I been texting him the last few days I understand he’s busy but with no response when I have a question is really nerve racking. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I called earlier he said he’d call me back I asked him if he could even text and nothing back.

Worst year 2020 tars came yesterday was supposed to be 6112.00 it was 4000 he made so many mistakes I took a screen shot of all the mistakes can’t find it now he never answers his phone says mailbox full also texts he never replies then before I got my refund he tried to take 600.00 out of my bank account when I saw it the bank they gave it back to me. Do turbo tax it’s free and easy.

This owner Sanel Lapointe has now opened his own business this year. Last year he was with Lightning Fast Refund. He stole from me. Lied about how much I would get then pocket the rest. When I called him on it he lied. I found others he also did this to. Never got my money back be careful this year everyone.
