Dee is amazing! She was kind and showed us the place, answered all our questions and explained with patience how the process for the move in would be like. It was our first time moving in and we appreciate everything she did. The complex is clean, the apartments are cozy and have A/C and they also have remodeled units, that's a plus since the rent is not really high. It's close to highway 5 and has a Safeway with a gas station pretty much across the street so, convenience is a plus.

Manager Dee is amazing. That is the only thing that remains of my past review.

The area around here is kind of scary, but the neighbors always have an eye out for each others property an well-beings. It is a quiet neighborhood normally, but sometimes theres a party or two, or an event at the church nextdoor.

I have been at Krystal Springs Estates and I have had no problems. The manager Dee is a great manager keeps all tenants informed, as well as makes sure that the property is safe. It is affordable and I would recommend it.

I’ve been with Krystal springs for 6 years now and the manager Dee is awesome she goes above and beyond what most managers would do. The property it’s self there is so good and bad to it as any other property does. I don’t have any issues with any of my neighbors do to I keep to my self and don’t associate with anybody.

I have been with Crystal springs and Delta view apartments since 2009 and I have known Dee Prado going on 15 years come February 13th of 2024. Dee and her staff have been a true blessing and are very hard working at Krystal springs est. I appreciate Dee for all she does,she go's out of her way to make sure whatever it is that needs to be done gets taken care of and am very happy and happy pleased here at Krystal springs.

Living here is quit and no issues with loud people and the management is WONDERFUL she takes care of things right away.. UPDATE FROM 4 YEARS AGO.... I still live here going on 41/2 years and the management has always stayed stayed on top of anything needed, The kind and very understanding manager Mrs D is always there to answer questions best to her knowledge she holds this place together very well thank you Beatrice s.
