Let me tell you, during our just mere course of our four month journey Anthony, (Tony) always communicated the processes very effectively and clearly, navigating the IRS Tax Book around our case with ease and precious precision.

He isn’t a gouging personality. He puts the pedal to the metal when needed against the IRS, but also, backs off and let’s you save money by showing you how to arrange your documents. He helped us forge our case with a Roadmap Spreadsheet of what our documents proved for our case, chronologically organizing our statements, receipts and proofs for expenses spent! He disemboweled the IRS’s Admin files, carving out evidences that the IRS agent missed and backed up the misses with factual evidences from proofs the Agent overlooked!

Our files and proofs were so tight that our Appeals agent didn’t even look past Anthony’s case law establishments paired with proofs found in our IRS Admin file! His recital of US Tax Case Laws and IRS Tax Court Procedures were so well cited that when the Appeals officer tried to push back our file down back to the Auditor Agent, he cited laws and pushed for an in person meeting where he communicated eloquently our position against the IRS. We couldn’t believe our small business won against the IRS!
