I was with this company from 2018 until today. Like other 1 star reviews shown here, the communication is not great. Phone calls go unanswered and emails either come back undeliverable or no one responds. Whenever I have actual gotten to talk to someone, it's never the same person. My insurance premium jumped to $1400 for 6 months. Couldn't get ahold of anyone as usual. Just switched to State Farm for $600 for 6 months for the same coverage. Would not recommend based on my personal experience.

This company has got it together! I am extremely confident after meeting with them to set up my insurance. I know that they have found the very best coverage for my home at the absolute best price. Now I wish that I would have made the switch to this company years ago!!!! They would have saved me a lot of stress, time and money 😉

Google mandates at least one star. Not sure why. We had a very short-lived business relationship with this agency. Out of the gate, we thought they were awesome....until we tried to change our policy, and they went mute. Numerous emails and phone messages were unreturned. This went on for a period of at least two months. In a world where "customer service is job one", this agency fell short in every capacity. There are so many insurance agencies in Florida. One would think every customer would matter. This agency showed us otherwise. End result for us is great as we reunited with an amazing insurance agency in south Florida. We give this agency a 0-star rating and a buyer-beware warning. If calls and emails are not returned, that is not even one-star worthy.

Like a similar review, I was working with this business to obtain several insurance policies. After a few emails back and forth on coverage, it went radio silent. After an inquiry on the status, I was informed that it was emailed to me; however, I was unable to find it in my email (spam, trash, and inbox). My subsequent attempts to reach out to this business have gone unanswered over the last two weeks.

Getting a quote can sometimes involve pressure from insurance salespeople and I must say that the process with Keystone Heights Insurance was professional and furthermore extremely honest and clearly explained.
