If you are in a presentation and considering signing up for this travel club, DO NOT do it. We received a mailer and went to a presentation in September 2023 with the promise of a free cruise. At the end of the presentation, for those that would sign up, they offered to upgrade the cruise to a 7 night vacation valued at over $11k. The sign up fee was around $6,500 with a $250 annual payment which "you only have to pay if you use the service". The presentation showed compelling savings for using the service and with the "free trip" covering the cost of the sign up fee, we decided to give it a try.
When we received our free trip coupon, we realized it didn't include airfare. I emailed Tyler thinking it was a simple mistake but he confirmed airfare was not included. That devalued the trip for me and so I asked to cancel our membership. Tyler also said that would not be possible and was mostly concerned I would dispute the charge through my credit card company.
We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and that it was our mistake in hearing that airfare was included. We used the club for 2 trips during the year. We found their customer service agents to not be very helpful. Both times, they missed important details that took several tries to get corrected and were slow to get back with us regarding options for the trips. The pricing, one of salespoints for me, wasn't any better than what I was able to see through Expedia or Orbitz (the hotels were a little cheaper through the club but after adding flights on our own, it was basically a wash with the full trip discounts given by the online booking agencies).
This month our credit card was auto-billed for the annual $250 fee. We don't plan on using the service at this point so we called to get the fee refunded. We were again told that would not be possible and that we have to give 30 days notice if we don't want to be auto-billed each year.
While this company may not technically meet the level of fraud, they are at a minimum misleading and have very poor customer service. I would not sign up given what I know now. I never do reviews but hopefully this saves someone else from making the same mistake.

Ok. It is December 17, 2024. When I signed up for this program, I was informed of a “free cruise” for 7 days. I found this perk to be beneficial to us. I was informed that I’d be contacted about said “free cruise.” Since the new year is approaching, I’d like to plan my life with the new year approaching.
I tried contacting the one number where I was informed they were the administrators of the cruise. The number is out of service. I called up a few times for assistance at another contact number where I was told, rather rudely twice, they help with reservations only. So I asked for another point of contact where I could do no more than leave a message. Do I expect I’ll get a call back? Nope.
By the way, their “partner” only benefited me once with a reservation. Thereafter, I was much better off at Booking.com.
I guess I’ll hold my breath for the “free cruise” I was promised at point of sale. Unfortunately, I’m a salesman and we ARE the easiest people to sell to. I should’ve known this had SCAM written all over it.
Would I change my review if they were to make good? I imagine.
Since we need to plan our lives, especially when it comes to work, this operation is as low as they come. I signed up on 5/11/24 and have heard nothing from the company. I don’t believe I’m being unreasonable in my requests. It’s now 11:10am on 12/18/24 and no call back from previous day’s messages. I called again and get directed to voicemail again. I guess I’m right that there will be no call back to me.
It’s 12/19/24 and still no call back at 11:02am. Not responsive at all. The SCAM obviously continues. Ashley and Tom are the “customer service reps” who are never available and never return a call. This is just bad business.
Thus far, I did receive a call from Ashley finally and a company manager. It did seem to be an error on my email address which Was written wrong in May by the rep who took my information. I did get email correspondence regarding the cruise offer afterwards. I was told Ashley worked in accounting when the voicemail message specifically stated she was customer service. The internal customer service between departments requires improvement on their part. Like I had said previously, I will update my review as this process continues. I was told I’d receive an upgrade to an “Ocean View” cabin. I do hope that is provided.
It’s now 1/7/25 and I’ve tried to call the vacation setters twice. They don’t pick up. “Save your place in line” for a call back? The coupon states to set aside a half hour to speak with a rep. When you do press 1 as instructed, the message states that you’ll get a call back in 24 hours. So, I’m supposed to keep available time for a call back for whenever they feel like calling back? I did try to call J & T Solutions again and left a message as I want to confirm their offer of an upgrade to an ocean view cabin as the coupon doesn’t state that. Guess what? No call back. Somehow I’m finding this whole thing is NOT worth the effort. I’ve been on hold with the vacation people for over 34 minutes now. I’d stated I’d adjust my review upon success with the process. Right now I don’t see this happening. BTW, I did “register” my travel certificate already and was dumb enough to pay an additional $200 plus to do so. Boy this is a headache all around and I don’t see any success with this. I’m sorry I paid cash to the J & T Solutions rep. This nonsense is NOT worth it. I’ve got better things to do with my time than try to use the partner service. So, unless a miracle happens and someone steps in to expedite this, my opinion of this company will not change and I won’t be able to change it because they just don’t deliver on their own customer service end nor beyond.
Oh and it’s Not a 7 day trip, it a 3,4 or 5 day trip per the “certificate.”

I payed these scammers on Aug 17, 2022 to help me cancel my time share, at which time I informed them that I did not have any of the information on my account with Westgate Orlando, other than the location and approximate date that I started my time share. The owner assured me that it was no problem, their team would do their research and find the information in order to get me out of the time share. 4 months went by without a single communication from anyone at J&T Solutions. At this time I attempted to contact them several times without any resolution. So I reported this as a fraudulent transaction to my bank. J&T Solutions refused to allow my bank to recoup the money, but after this attempt the owner finally reached out to me. He was extremely rude and straight up told me that he wasn’t going to give me my money back. He claimed that my contract was for two years and if they did not resolve it in two years I could request a refund. I wasn’t trying to hear that and continued to demand my money back. At which time he again said no I not giving you back your money and hung up on me. It has now been two years and I have called several times always being sent straight to voicemail and when I attempt to email I get an error message claiming it’s an invalid email. This company is a total scam and I’m sure they will respond to this review with some BS excuse or say I’m not a member, so I attached proof. Please don’t trust them, I’m sure there are more reputable companies out there that won’t play games with your hard earned money and will probably charge less.

Very disappointed with this travel club. We had concerns after we signed up with this company in February. The owner, Tyler, called us to address those concerns. He made promises but never followed through with any of them. We followed up with an email to him with our concerns and questions. He never responded. Checked spam many times to make sure we didn’t miss a response. Nothing there. It is highly concerning when the owner makes promises he doesn’t keep and does not take time out to respond to email. Very unprofessional. We paid the money. Once you pay and get in you can never get out. Do your due diligence and research travel clubs to make an educated decision.

Tyler is very kind and accommodating, works hard to make sure you are satisfied. For someone who needs a lot of hotel stays or at a place in life to be able to travel this is a great opportunity.

We went to their sales presentation. The price offered was 12K and then an annual fee. Any reasonable consumer would do some research before such a purchase and I communicated that I would consider a purchase after doing some research. The representative said that the price would increase and after that day and I should not consider purchasing it for two years if I did not buy it that day. This was a high pressure tactic to get us to purchase. I have no problem with the company policy that allows them to inform customers they have a policy that makes it beneficial to buy immediately. The representative then said Florida Law barred them from selling at a lower price for two years. I am a law professor and asked for the Florida Statute that he was referring to. He did not know. He only said the company told him about the law. I believe this was a lie. By all means, time shares and vacation clubs can do all the high pressure sales they wish and that is not my complaint. My complaint is being dishonest. Should they provide the statute that Florida bans them from selling the product at the price they offered for 2 years, I will withdraw the complaint.

This place is a scam!! Looking to get a refund!! Please people don't fall for this SCAM!! The only reason for one star is because you have to push one this place deserves no stars at ALL!! The owner said he called me like to know what number he called!! Also if they couldn't help us why Didn't they just say that instead of saying 8 different times they would give us a quote!! The owner said he tried to contact me, wondering how because I have not heard from him or anyone else from this company that is a SCAM!!!!!
