I don’t write reviews…..but now I find myself at the keyboard. Sometimes, people sell their real estate because it’s the financially prudent thing to do. Josie was a client of mine and I knew once I was ready to sell my home, I wanted to use her because I felt she was trustworthy and would take care of my family. Last year was hard for us. My husband was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and I had to leave my career to care for him full time while he went through treatments, surgeries and hospital stays. Josie is an absolute rock star. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past and we’ll never have to stress out through the process again. Josie went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! Despite the real estate market’s crazy ups and downs, we still found and closed on our home in a few short months. She was able to get us in to see properties ASAP (sometimes only hours after sending us the homes) and was able to assist us with the process every step of the way!

It was also a huge plus that she was super knowledgeable about home structures, remodeling, prices of homes in that particular area etc. so we felt safe with knowing there was no way she would let us buy a “lemon” that would never work with what we were looking for or that wouldn’t get it’s money back for that area.
