Hice una cita en linea a las 4:45 pm me llamo un representante super grocero diciendome que tenia que ir a la 1:00 pm o si no que fuera otro dia si hice una cita no entiendo por que no me pueden atender

Where do I even start.. Tristan was awesome ? and is very professional. He treated with respect and showed us different affordable options. I will highly recommend him to anyone who is look for a photo shoot to come and ask for Tristan.

Our first experience here and it was so amazing. We arrived early to check in and it gave us enough time to choose from the packages we wanted, our photographer Julie Sosa was not only helpful with information on packages! but she made us all feel really comfortable and took amazing pictures ! all staff was respectful and welcoming.

Came here to have a nb photoshoot. I made an appointment at 6:15. I felt rushed and the photos weren't great. But I still ended up getting pictures because I wasn't sure if I'd want to take the baby out again.

I came here for my three month old photos because I got a coupon from motherhood maternity. I will see JC Penny does a very aggressive marketing campaign because their coupons are everywhere!

In terms of the photos we were very happy at how fast and professional that she was. The manager at this location was very friendly and accommodating. They are open to you bringing your own props which is very cool.

The photographer needs training, she didn't know how to direct us to pose, and didn't even count to prepare us to smile. She took a few pictures of my newborn without my baby even facing in the photographer's direction. Awful experience, I was upset because it is not easy getting ready, especially with a newborn, it was a waste of time. The manager offered 6 free sheets, of course I didn't take them because they were ALL awful pictures. I didn't even want them if they were free. Never going to this studio again.
