I placed a small order with Interpak in 2014 for jewelry display boxes. When they arrived, there were numerous problems with the quality of the boxes and overall the quality fell far short of what I need for my discriminating customers. I emailed the company and they agreed to ship out replacement boxes after photographing the issues and several emails. A second order placed in early 2015 was even worse. The quality issues caused about 25% of the order of jewelry display boxes to be unusable. Again, I was asked to photograph the issues which I did and after several emails, the company this time agreed to refund for the defective product.

However, in my original email, I asked the company to address with me why I should still be a customer given the quality control issues that I experienced and they did not answer this. They also did not apologize or act in any way as if they needed to take responsibility or address the overarching concern. For this reason, I will NEVER shop with this company again.
