Weve been with them since buying our home. They were assigned to us at closing.
We have had on going issues with communication. The final straw that encouraged us to start looking for a new company was when we asked Melissa to send us a copy of our current policy and she sent us the copy of Citizens which we were dropped from last October. Then when I asked about getting new quotes because we had our roof done, they called us asking for our policy number because they couldn’t find our renewal. I never said we were up for renewal (we are come Sept, this is July) but this was to shop around for other quotes before our renewal.
When your insurance company cant keep track of your policy, its time for a new company to represent you!

I bought a home last year and my lender assigned me and insurance company in Orlando. They failed the first month to submit all documents. I called daily and they would never call me back. Next year I got a letter saying citizens was dropping me and my replacement would be slide for 2600 yearly. The month prior to slide going into effect I got a packet from then stating my insurance would be 5400 monthly. Again called my insurance and no call back.

I reached our to Melissa at integrity and she quickly got me back into citizens at 3400. She went above an beyond to make sure it got done before slide went into effect. She was quick to call me back and efficent through email. I could not be happier with integrity and melissa as my new agent. Do yourself a favor and make the call.
