Second delivery that sends this company with only one person. They don't come in your house so you're stuck doing your own delivery once your item arrives. Delivery men are full of excuses. Twice I made a huge purchase with home Depot and they send these morons to deliver. Never again! Will be calling home Depot to make a formal complaint.

I received an automated phone call the day before delivery to allow me to select when I would be home to receive my new rugs. They came on time, delivered to my from porch and were very polite. I would recommend this service to others.

I don’t appreciate them showing up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. Asked for a delivery on Monday and obviously never happened.

Delivered a double door purchased from Home Depot. They very quietly left the door (which weighs several hundred pounds) on the front porch while I was watching for them at the back. Did not ring doorbell or knock, just left it and scrammed. By the time I discovered it and called the office (within half an hour), they said the truck was too far away to turn around and come back. My handyman cannot move the door by himself and all my neighbors are elderly. I will likely have to hire someone to move it around to the back where it is going to be installed.
