I wanted to thank you and your team for an amazing job and incredible customer service!! I’ve rarely worked with a company as competent, helpful and accommodating as Image Depot.

As you know, every year we do t-shirts & hoodies for my Cypress Creek High School Engineering program as well as my Lady Coyote Engineering after-school club. And every year Seandra is ready for my first email as we share our idea for a shirt. She gets her artistic team working on the design and before I know it, I’m getting my concept art. It’s almost always exactly like we envisioned (and in most cases it’s better). But anytime we ask for a modification, they are quick to make the change. Then while I’m getting pre-order sizes from my students, she is supporting and following up to keep me on track. Life in high school engineering is continually running around with your hair on fire, so her unobtrusive reminders and assistance keeps us moving forward. We finally get all our sizes and make the official order and viola… before I know we are receiving multiple big boxes of excitement!! The students are ecstatic with their new shirts and we have a traditional of wearing them on Friday’s to school. It’s great for the students to feel they belong to something that is beneficial for their future… and your shirts are the glue that bind that sense of belonging.

I was looking at this last order and we were about ready to submit final approvals and it suddenly occurred to me that I forgot to add my sponsor’s logo to the shirt! I was in a panic as I had just locked in the sponsor and I knew I had already approved all the art and was well beyond the normal time for changes. I immediately called Seandra and she had me take a deep breath and said it would be ok. She suggested adding the logo to the front or back of the shirt so that she could keep the pricing the same and was able to make the change effortlessly. A wave of relief crashed over me as I realized that Image Depot was able to accommodate my mistake and would help to make everything perfect. This is exactly the type of company that I love to have working on my projects, year after year. Image Depot Express goes above and beyond and does anything and everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. As a self proclaimed procrastinator, I have a knack for waiting until the last minute to order items. They are always patient, prompt and efficient. Our last order was blankets. They were excellent quality, and came in earlier then the estimated delivery time! We have ordered everything from customized shirts to bags in large quantities, and we have never been dissapointed! There is something to be said about companies that truly care about the customer- and Image Depot Express is one of those companies!!

We have been a customer of Image Depot in Palm Harbor for well over 10 years. They truly are a great partner for any promotional items, shirts, printing, etc. that you need!! Now that they have the Lakeland location, they are able to handle t-shirt jobs even more efficiently. Great prices, excellent design work and customer service!!!

I have been using the Image Depot folks for years because they do a high quality job at a reasonable price and they always deliver as promised. I do not normally review online, but I must say that the staff went over and above the call of duty on my 4th of July project. I had a very short and important deadline, and they stepped up for me.

Another job well done and I really appreciate the extra effort..!

We mainly work with Lisa Borrell who is extremely helpful in helping guide us to the right selection/ price, as well as quick responses with our questions and orders. Our Yearbook Shirts came out beautiful, the quality of the product, and the detail from our artwork showed through. Customer Service is always great!!
My only disappointment was being charged a rushed fee because I didn't place my order within the 10 day window. I've never been charged a rush fee in the past but oh well, we still love the the quality of work. I've been doing business with this company for 6 or more years and I will continue to order all my t-shirts and other apparel through them.
