I recently completed the ServSafe Managers certification with HTG, Ron Pavlick. Study materials provided to prepare. A 4 hour in-class training the day of the exam (90 multiple choice questions). The study material was a very helpful kickstart to review prior to the classroom training from Ron. He provided very thorough training to include videos and discussion. It was a comfortable setting, close location, and most importantly, thorough. He set me up for success.
