I'm extremely pleased with the quality of work that HomeArt did in our kitchen and bathrooms. There were a couple small issues but they took care of it without trying to make any excuses or complaints or arguments. It's been decades since I've seen a company stand behind their work as well as HomeArt has. We will definitely use them again!

Home Art was an absolute delight to deal with for our kitchen renovation. Design choices with Nathan were helpful, thoughtful, and his experience was impressive and absolutely visible in our finished kitchen. I love my design, and total finished product. The tear out and install was professional, efficient and friendly. The total experience was beyond expectation. I have been the loyal customer for 15 years including my last home renovation, and I cannot believed what I just experienced !!!!!
First of all, it’s been more than 8 weeks I been working with them for my bathroom cabinet remodeling.
I gave them deposit 9/2, and still as of end of September they did not even start the project . They had 3 different people came and measure with all different sizes.... So, I questioned why it’s taking so long and sales person told me “If you don’t like it go somewhere else”. Also told me that he is going to hang up the phone “BEFORE WE say something that WE are going to REGRET!”. I am wondering what he was going to tell me ? I wasn’t going to say anything I was going to regret!
The worst part is the owner did not even care to return my phone call, even though I left at least 5 messages to call me, so I can ask him if he really want me to somewhere else and also I can report him about his employee treating customer like that!
Now I know how the employee can act like that and it’s supported by the owner!
Now after wasting 2 months with them my kids will not have their bathroom when they visit me for Thanksgiving,
Very Upset and Disgusted!!!!

Here it is June and I'm still waiting for a new waste basket glider unit and for someone to change out some hardware that I can't on my own due to the design of the cabinet. I called for service last December (3 times) and each time was told someone would call me to schedule a service call. They design and make a beautiful product, but after spending close to $28000 for new kitchen cabinetry, their customer service is sub-par.
