Excellent service! Scheduled a toilet and pressure regulator replacement, and Chris said he can schedule me tomorrow and then called back and said he could do it today if I like. They showed up within a half hour, did both jobs at the same time and were done in less than an hour!

I called this morning (2/18/25 ) I talked with Chris the owner. I explained my situation. He took the time to explain what the options were. I was so happy he took the time to let me know what options I had. I had a toilet installed and a new garbage disposal installed. His crew is top notch. I’m so happy I chose HMS Plumbing. If you need plumbing work, call Chris at HMS plumbing! I found out I had a leak in my home. I messaged Chris and he got back to me the next day. He had Jose and Kevin from his team come the next day and diagnosed the leak. There was a pin hole leak from one the pipes in my downstairs bathroom. Jose explained the process for them to fix the leak. He also discussed the pros and cons of going through insurance to fix my hardwood floors that were damaged from the leak. He also fixed my front door that was getting stuck from the leak. I asked if they had time to fix my clogged dishwasher and Jose spent the time to fix that. Not only did Chris and his team fix the leak, they also went above and beyond to fix my front door and unclogged my dishwasher! I highly recommend HMS Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

Chris is responsive to phone and texts. He was able to get his team out right away. He is reasonably priced. The worker Jose did a great job!! Fixed the hot water line leak between the 1st and 2 story. Second time using them and would recommend them.

Chris, a representative from HMS Plumbing, promptly scheduled an appointment for a hydro jetting service.

Regrettably, upon arrival, the technicians discovered that the unique configuration of my plumbing system prevented them from performing the hydro jetting service. However, Chris demonstrated remarkable responsiveness and adaptability by swiftly devising an alternative solution. He arranged for a new crew to arrive early the following morning and even offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill.
