Employees are treated horrible and are expected to work under terrible working conditions i.e. no supplies, desks, or computers, must prop your own personal laptop on your lap to for an entire day. Any respectable company should avoid using them solely on the fact to not be associated with a company who deals with temp employees but yet have complete disregard and lack of respect for their own employees.

Edit:: This review is related directly to Headcount in their own office in Norwalk NOT any other company that hires as the owner implies to make them look good and pass over the bad review.

Great services offered as a company. Very small company. Mom and pop type operation. Did not deliver employment offer as described in interview process and I was forced to resign as a result. But overall a fine flexible opportunity.

Terrible place to work for. Late pay, don't even bother starting on a Friday because they will not be clear about the fact that "it's not worth giving out a 1 day check"" yet I was not able to continue to go out to Palmer ma for a assignment if I have no money to get there and am not getting a clear answer as to why after I've already been working for 3 weeks. Mark is rude and does not care about concerns his employees have. Go somewhere else!!
