In the process of trying to set up my 2 night 3 day vacation, only for all of my selected dates to be unavailable. Apparently I’m on my last try for selecting dates, which according to the customer service rep “was clearly stated on my brochure” along with the fact that “it is not a free vacation”. I’m sure these dates will be unavailable as well. I asked if they could tell me what dates and locations they had available, but they refused. I figured it was a scam. For anyone who got one of these brochures from watching a Rainbow vacuum presentation, don’t expect to ever get your free vacation. This company is a joke. Clearly trying to take advantage of people. I will update my review if I do happen to receive my vacation, but I highly doubt it.

I won this from Bayside Miami boat tour. The boating company didn't put the info needed to complete the winning offer because I just believed they were racist and since it was a raffle Could not refuse me.. but when saw I was black intentionally left out the info needed to book

This was a horrible experience. Priscilla called after I placed a request in June for late October early November. They said that I requested a date too close to a major holiday and I needed to watch a presentation to receive the trip. Even though thanksgiving was 3 weeks plus away. She was rude and hung up on me and also sent me to VM just because she was tired of me complaining. If you receive a voucher that is “time 2 get away” it is a joke don’t waste your time or money!
I watched a dumb presentation and had two others watch it for this complete waste of time!

Preposterous Maze of Obfuscation!
I received a letter in the mail with the name "Tourism & Travel Show 2022" on the masthead. It cordially invited me to attend a "fun-filled travel and adventure showcase," and in exchange for attendance I'd receive "two complimentary round trip airline vouchers." My wife and I went, and suffered through two hours of bombast and exaggeration by a representative of a company the speaker identified as "RSI Vacations," "Lux Vacation Resorts," and/or "Avalon Resort." They wanted $13,000 for 10 years of their supposed fantastic travel agent services. We said, "No thanks, give us our voucher." I took the voucher, followed the overwrought instructions and rules, and mailed in the form to "Customer Choice Rewards" in Tarpon Springs, FL.
Over 90 days later, I get my SASE back, and this time it contains a voucher from an organization named "Vacation Advisor." This voucher requires me to send $100 (money order or cashier check only) with yet another Activation Form/Voucher. It also stipulates that we are responsible for a "reservation processing fee of $75 per person." Its terms and conditions are ridiculously extensive, to the point where it's become obvious that very few people would or could continue to climb down this rabbit hole. The limitations and rules and timelines are beyond reason. In particular, the flight needs to be from a "major airport," and I just discovered that for me, that's 240 miles away. The list does not include Tulsa, Little Rock, or NW Arkansas airports, which, quite frankly, it should.
Now, I discover the organization name is "Gunn Marketing Group" on the Better Business Bureau's website. In three short interactions, this entity has changed its name at least four times! Who are these people?! It's a fly-by-night, shady enterprise. I can smell a scam when I see one. This entire experience has been a con job. Luckily, I'm only out about three hours and one stamp from it.

Seems like a scam. There are a few reviews that are 5-stars with no written reviews attached. Looks like employees are just putting in stars to get higher than a one-star rating. These reviews are scary. BBB reviews are scary. I’m tearing up my voucher without giving them any personal information! I got a marketing speel from a water softener company in exchange for this voucher. It really makes me question the integrity of the water company who would affiliate with this company.

Don't do it! We sat through a presentation, got the voucher. Sent in my deposit $ and taxes$. You only have a certain amount of time to use it before it expires. They make you pick 2 dates and places so many days in advance, and so many days apart. Then when those days come up, they tell you it's unavailable, wait for the second date. When the second date comes up it's unavailable as well. So you have to pick 2 now dates so many days away, amd so many days apart. Same thing. This is round 3 with 5 "unavalaible dates" and can't get anyone to respond or make this happen and its about to expire!! so they basically steal your money with fraudulent charge to your credit cards !! I'm going to for with consumer affairs bureau soon if they fo not fix this.

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULANT! They have you sit for a 90 minute seminar & try to sell you a vacation club. They offer 2 free roundtrip airfares & hotel stays. You have to send in the voucher. Then you get another voucher stating you have to send in $100 cashiers check or money order. WHAT A SCAM! Obviously I didn't send money & just tore up the voucher. They go by several names-EXECUTIVE TRAVEL, & other names-DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM-& DEFINITELY DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!
