My daughter had a fantastic experience with her senior picture shoot. She had never done this sort of thing before. Anna and Diana were very patient, friendly, and professional. Anna's energy and ideas were contagious. Diana's ideas and support were outstanding and help put my daughter at ease. We ended up with a great selection to choose from. Now we'll see how the final products look and purchase process goes, but the shoot was great.

The staff is friendly and they do awesome pictures. Their background choices for elementary are good. It would be nice if they had more options for the high school kids as far as backgrounds. I just wish their turnaround time was quicker.

One or None at all! 1. The website for this company is not user-friendly at all! 2. I paid for my photos and did not receive them, but the company go their money!
IT TOOK AN HOUR TO LOCATE THE ORDERING (page) (WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN EMAILED TO MY ACCOUNT AS A LINK)! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! (side note)
3. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY KIDS GETTING THEIR PICTURES TAKEN. I WANTED TO DOCUMENT THE MOMENTS AND SAVE THEM, BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO SO. 4. I am mainly upset about the fact that I needed my photos ASAP so I paid for the downloadable photos, but did not receive them. I needed to make invitations for graduation!......... not I may not be able to make them in time.

Hope they lose the contract with the school. Not helpful/ overpriced. I asked to pay for the picture and come to pick it up when it was ready, I don't have the extra $13 for shipping. Left my son's paper with his information with them. They didnt call me back like they said and when i called them, they said they couldn't help. Saved for three weeks to purchase, called them back because I gave them his paper with information to order and then they said they couldn't give me that information. If it wouldn't completely crush my son, I wouldn't give them a penny of my money
