Be careful! They are extremely friendly and seem willing to work with you but they are not fully honest. I came to an agreement on pricing and settlement date with Nick, then he passes me to Matt, but what they don't tell you is that the agreement and pricing is contingent on them finding a buyer. As the days go by, they give you reasons why they can't find a buyer and the negatives about the property. As the settlement date approaches, they come up with a buyer but way below the agreed upon pricing. Ultimately closing was done with no issues but my experience with them was not a good one and I feel they are dishonest.

I had the opportunity to work with this company. I did not need to sell my home but I was tired of being the best landlord in town. Shortly after I contacted them I dealt with Jerrod. This young man was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all facets of the sale. I was completely at ease with their purchase offer. After a few "back and forth" conversations we met in the middle. A good deal is when the buyer and seller are satisfied. This was my first time selling, so I was understandably nervous. The guys at Gulf Coast made it all easy and stress free without any closing costs or commissions. I kept expecting a catch or some kind of counter offer, but they followed through with all their promises and the fair price I was quoted at the beginning was what I received in the end. Most of the process was handled over the phone or via email. They even arranged for a closing agent in my local area to handle the paperwork so I was able to close everything out during my lunch break. Within 48 hours of closing, the funds were sitting in my bank. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free sale.
