Everyone I worked with was efficient, professional and just outright nice! The first time I spoke with Cynthia Hall I knew that I was in good hands. She called me after business hours to introduce herself and get me the information that I needed to start the process. Even during the tragedy she experienced, she never left a stone unturned when it came to my loan. I will never forget and will always appreciate her weathering her storm and still maintaining to get my loan closed, 15 days early! She is such a strong woman and I pray for an ounce of her tenacity and drive. I did have the pleasure of speaking with Tom Hall once and he was so nice and made me feel confident that I was getting the home that I sought out for. Our time speaking was very minimum, but the conversation I will always remember! I would also like to thank Sonya Murray for all of her hard work and dedication to seeing my loan to the end.
