I am incredibly appreciative of Graphic Grooves' excellent service! They actually took their time with me, attending to all of my needs and wants! Still, in less than 48 hours, my website was operational! I feel so confident now that I can promote my small business! My experince with Graphirooves has been nothing but an unprofessional, and hostile

I recently learned about squarespace , I now know how to create my own website . I saved alot of money making my own website I do not remember Katrice mentioning a domain, website content or a SSL for my website .

Squarespace does everything from hosting a website page to giving and explaing what a domain is .Squarespace even creates a logo for your website which is a temple already made . So all graphic grooves does is copy and paste pictures which is easy to do if you have an app .

I had a much better experince with Square space , then Graphic Grooves as stated by other clients Katrice is rude and very hostile and does not take feedback that’s just my personal opinion as anther client stated as well .

Katrice is by far the best marketing consultant. Her personality is positively contagious, superb work ethnic, and a fast but precise delivery. She patiently worked through all my revisions and produced marketing products ( business cards, brochures, and more) for a fair rate. Honestly, I will recommend Graphic Grooves Consulting to small, medium, and large companies.

Consulting is good but the "graphic design" portion is not.The owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I put quotations around the graphic design part because what you get can be made at office depot. Nothing about it is unique or something you have never seen before. They do not work with you to achieve a design you are satisfied with. They refuse any input about your design that you paid them to make for you. I never was given a contract saying how many changes I could make to the design.

I asked Katrice to create a Google Business Page for my Business. She did so, and, as I gather more reviews, the page she created for me is turning into customers and closed business. She know how the internet works, concerning how people search for goods and services. She can get you in contact with your future customers.
