Nice place! I only came for the beer and had three while here; a Hefeweizen, IPA, and a blonde. That’s all they had on tap outside of a cider. Enjoyed the Hefeweizen, the IPA was solid, but the blonde was not the best. This is a bit of an incomplete review since it’s a distillery first and foremost, but glad I checked this place out. The staff were friendly and attentive and the place has a nice mojo. I wouldn’t visit solely for the beer again, but will try some of their other offerings when in town again.

This place is amazing ! The tasting was awesome… moonshine and vodka was tasty 🙂 sorry I didn’t remember the name of the guy serving us but he was awesome! We even bought special cocktail drinks and they were super good! We brought our dog there and everyone there was hands down amazing giving him attention and a lady that was there got him this toy which is now his favorite ! Thank you to everyone there for making our visit amazing, we will definitely be back again !

Came again on 8/2/24- still same excellent service, had Isabella as the bartender and we even brought our kids this time which she made them an iced coffee and decked it out for them…. They absolutely loved it!! We all love coming here when we are in town !

Len and I attended the "Dinner in the Creek" last night in Blairsville. Partnered with Jim's Smokin' Que and A Touch of Gray Events, we sat in the creek at Reece Heritage Center. The tables were stunning. The food, amazing. The drinks, superb. This event began as a dream for Meagan at Grandaddy Mimm's and WOW, did she knock it out of the park. It was an amazing evening and we met some great people. We can't wait to attend the next one, and everyone should make plans to do this when the next one is announced. A great evening in the North Georgia Mountains.

Wife and I stopped in yesterday, 4/25/24. We were making a 200+mile loop down into Georgia and had already preplanned on stopping here. I'm sorry we didn't get the name of the nice girl serving and answering questions but she was well educated on the shine and the process. Wife loved the "bloodymary" and I enjoyed the aged shine. The beer was good too! We took some of the shine / whiskey home to share with friends and we will be back again. I highly recommend...

Adam was super amazing! When I walked in he invited me with a kind spirit and told me all about the distillery. I enjoyed every tasting, extremely chill atmosphere and everyone was friendly! I highly recommend this place!

New favorite spot! A welcome break from all of the winery visits. Highly recommend taking the tour, it doesn’t take much time and seeing the operation in the back makes the experience. Cocktails are excellent! And of course, the moonshine tastings were a ton of fun. Employees are warm and welcoming. Dog friendly

Had a really great tasting experience at Grandaddy Mimm's. The flight offered a solid variety of shines, whiskeys and vodkas. The bartender Drew was very personable. All around a great experience. Be aware they don't offer tours on most the weekdays.
