Booking a tour with @getupandgosarasota turned out to be an incredible surprise, leading us to a stunning, secluded beach.

Our excursion was perfect, filled with wildlife encounters (our tour guide Lia took us out to see a manatee and her baby—100000/10 experience!). But my favorite part was then our amazing guide took us to a breathtaking beach accessible only by boat. It was incredibly peaceful and uncrowded, like something out of a dream.

This was my second kayaking adventure with Get Up and Go, and both trips have been unforgettable. If you’re an adventurous traveler looking to explore hidden gems, make sure to book a kayak tour with Get Up and Go Sarasota the next time you’re in South Florida.

Our group had such a wonderful time on our kayaking tour. We are from Texas so to have Cheyann our tour guide tell us all about the Florida plants,trees,and wildlife was so amazing! Cheyann was always checking on us make sure everyone was good on the trip. We got to spend sometime watching the dolphins, manatees, and birds along the way which was so cool! The private beach was a nice break to really enjoy the beauty of Florida and to cool off in the water! I highly recommend Get up and Go kayaking you will enjoy every minute of it! Cheyann was a great tour guide!

Had a wonderful time exploring the bay with Cheyann. She took my daughter and I on a tour that allowed us time to really get a close look. We were a small group and she put the time and effort in to make it a special memory. Highly recommend when in the Sarasota area.

Husband and I visited from Northern Illinois. We had an amazing time with our tour guide Cheyanne (Sp?). She was very informative and explained everything from start to finish. Although we didn’t get to see Manatees on our tour, she did explain to us in details what they eat and their behavior which we didn’t know. At the start of our tour just after we got in our Kayak’s we spotted a dolphin and it was in close proximity of us. This was one thing that my husband and I was hoping to see (next to the Manatees and Alligators) on our vacation. Another highlight was when we got to spend a little time at Palmer Point Beach. The waters and sand were BEAUTIFUL!

Had an amazing tour with Taylor, we went through the gorgeous mangrove tunnels and made a pit stop at the beach. We saw manatees, bald eagles, ospreys, and more! I learned so much - a must stop in Sarasota!

Do not skip this amazing clear kayak adventure! I had the best time on this tour! We traveled through mangrove tunnels, saw tons of birds and went to the beach! My tour guide Cheyenne was THE BEST she was so knowledgeable about the wildlife and area. Cannot recommend this enough!

I cannot say enough great things about this group! From Taylor who helped when I called to find an option after the hurricanes to Jake our guide who was PHENOMENAL! The paddle was beautiful and Jake was super knowledge. If you are looking for a paddle, I’d highly recommend.

This was a highlight of our week-long trip to Siesta Key/ Sarasota. Cheyann E was ready for us and guided us across the calm waters with passion for local wildlife, vibrant energy, and a smile! She had good knowledge of both history and biology of the area. On our trip we saw dolphins, manatees, conchs, and many local sea birds. We also received a lesson in native edible plants. Cheyann was awesome and so was this excursion! Gave only 5 stars because 100 was not an option! In addition to a few of our own photos, our guide captured several for us (not included below).
