I felt welcomed from the time I walked into the door till the moment I left. The staff at Gardner's audiology couldn't have been nicer and very well informed. I felt like I was in good hands. Dr Rachel Conter explain my hearing loss so I could understand what she was talking about. And also all of my options. And the one hearing aid that would help the most. Also I appreciate my appointment was at 4:00 and I was in HER office by 4:00. I love that she valued her patience time enough to be on time also.

I was very impressed with the sincere concern the audiologist had with the hearing disability my 94 year old mother was enduring. Her insurance had been compromised and there were problems stemming from some other uninvolved company that was using her info. causing her to not get her aids in a timely fashion. Reluctantly she was a victim of ID theft. When there are problems of such a nature the sales team is not interested in a problematic client, especially a problem requiring a little more time, more work and the required knowledge to remedy such a situation. I was shocked by the level of absolute care given and the expertise in the evaluation of the impediment. These are true specialists and professional in their field. My mother is very happy with all results and the finalization of her journey to have her life back by way of verbal communication with her friends she was getting more and more isolated from. You are fortunate as a client if you choose to be so. I give them a very high recommendation as the BEST in all matters involving the process of having your hearing restored!!!!

Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The hearing specialist & her intern gave me a complete audio test and an honest diagnosis. In an age where almost everyone is trying to sell you the most expensive hearing aids they can, the people at garner audiology were a refreshing change. I am *never* disappointed with Gardner Audiology. Their Doctors of Audiology are the *best.* Believe me. I am 71-years-old, and have been wearing hearing aids since I was 32.

The current Phonak hearing aids I'm wearing are the best hearing aids I've ever had.

During my life, I've had several different brands of Hearing Aids. Do *not* buy from Audibel. They're good hearing aids, but you will get financial soaked. Why? Because in the price of those hearing aids you are also paying for their massive campaign -- full page newspaper ads, etc.
