I closed with Kathleen Stroud who was great. But I cannot say that for Melanie Nissan who pretended three times, two different days that she could not hear me and hung up on me. I then called Amber Gentry who came to my rescue and was so helpful. I had to call the lender who told me they have had trouble with your company and didn’t recommend you. You have recently done two closing for me and I chose you because the first closing went great, no problems and that’s why I chose you for my second closing. I gave you three stars because of Ms Nissan. Other than her, I would use your company again. Thank you.

This title company charges extra $ to give large kickbacks to realtors who work with them.
They don’t return calls or communicate well- and sent the title for our new property to the wrong address and didn’t seal the envelope ..so the documents were either lost or not originally included.
Extremely high priced and unprofessional. I wish I hadn’t trusted my sleazy realtor and this title company. They both provided more hassle and headache than I was ready to deal with.
