second time this has happened to me where i pay and order gas but not delivered by promise date, called today and was told that my order has not been scheduled yet and they would put in a note and call back to let me know status of delivery and new delivery date. my tank is now less than 20% with frigid and freezing temps over the next few days. should not have to wait for 2 weeks or longer for propane delivery. i will not be using this company any longer after this fill. still no update from ferrel on my new delivery date. very unhappy, seems to be an ongoing issue with this supplier.

During the cold weather last winter I contacted Ferrell gas to let them know I was getting low on fuel. They said an order was on the way I had not received it a week later I called and they said it had been delivered. It had not I made four phone calls and left three emails asking for a call not one. I waited till the spring and moderate weather to call left a message and did not receive a call back. Last call I made was to cancel my service and a very nice gentleman talked me out of it and gave me a small break on my order. I have never been involved with a company with such poor customer service

I love the ease of your website. It is so easy to find what I'm looking for and to place an order. My driver is great. He is so quiet I didn't even know he came and filled my tank. Waited 6 months plus to get service, I'll give them that with pandemic and supply chain issues. When they finally DID do the install, it was like Keystone Cops, they seemed perplexed on how to set the tank and move into position. Final result workable but the way it is blocked up just does not look professional. Immediately I smelled gas, checked with my gas detector and confirmed there was propane escaping (very small amount). The first tech came out and said it was normal, expansion during summer heat, ok, I'll play. So I deal with gas smell for another few months and when we had a steady 75 degrees for a couple days and no sun, I STILL smelled it. Expansion excuse off the table. Called again, tech came out, confirmed smell and pulled out a spray bottle of solution that bubbles if leak. Found a liquid side leak which was small and was told not a safety issue. Tried to tighten fitting, no luck. BTW, they do NOT use a "sniffer" for leaks, these are not expensive, and I can't believe they do not use. Said they would send out new tank... A week has gone by, crickets!!

I had terrible service today. They didn't show up, they couldn't help in the customer service department. All anyone could say is we're working on it and we will be in touch. They were supposed to be there before noon and at 4:00 I got a call that said we had a mix up and if you have gas run to a fireplace, we can't help you. WHAT?

We changed from Freeman Gas (superior) after the last time Freeman was out here…WAY overpriced!! I called Ferrell Gas and they were extremely professional and friendly!! We got an excellent deal when filling up because of being new customer. Tank is at 80% and they were here when they were suppose to be. I was reluctant to call them because of the bad reviews but glad I did..extremely satisfied so far.

We moved here last year. It was a cold winter with - temperatures. We needed gas pretty quick. I made the call and Ferrell gas got to us very quickly. Our delivery person made easy work of filling our tank and your web site made paying easy. We appreciate Ferrell Gas and will always be your customer.

Their sale caused them to delay my delivery, but no issue. The gentlemen showed up, and filled the tank perfectly, Excellent Job. Recommended. Now set for whatever happens.
