Excellent customer service from all the ladies at this location!! Jamilah was just as nice in person as she was on the phone when I called. I liked how she explained the options and process throughly to make sure I picked the one that would work best for me. I also liked that it looked and smelled clean and felt secure. I was really impressed that the store manager, Dover remembered my name when I visited the location again. I feel like I made a great choice with this storage location.

I lived within a short drive to the facility and despite coming in within 15 mins of setting things up online they had everything ready to go. The store manager Mark Smith made everything about getting this feel great. He had my code to get into the facility ready for me and quickly was able to show me to where I needed to go. Very impressed with how ready and easy this whole process was made.

This facility was perfect. After driving past here numerous time the clean look and safe area this place was in, lived up to all my expectations once I finally committed to my own unit. Their online site made it fairly easy to get set up. Was able to easily sign my contract, pay for the unit and even get insurance for the unit squared away and basically come right into the facility. The online 3D model was fairly spot on and looks to meet my need. Glad I decided to go with them.

Definitely seems like this will be worth the money!

Derek Williams the store manager was very courteous in helping me figure out my storage space issue. He was very through in providing me with different space options. The whole process was quick and I moved into the unit in about 15minutes. If you’re ever in need of a storage unit ExtraSpace storage is your solution.

Derek Williams was exceptional, he took his time and explained everything in great detail. Going the extra mile and showing us multiple units to ensure we got exactly what we needed to accommodate our items. He was friendly, personable and extremely helpful. My husband and I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage and suggest asking for Derek. They are lucky to have him he truly was the best.
