Ernesto is the realtor you want! As trustee of a family trust, the unexpected passing of the trust's beneficiary dropped us into unknown territory -- how to get her condo sold? It needed restoration and some updating after 25 years of use, but we didn't have the knowledge or contacts to get that done easily or quickly. Ernesto had left his flyer at the condo, so we reached out to him. Best call we could have ever made! Ernesto literally came to the rescue. He took on the project and coordinated each major step with us. He has a group of service providers, contractors, and handymen that he works with regularly, and he was able to get them on the job right away. His time frame seemed unbelievably short for all the work to be done, but he made his deadlines. Along the way, Ernesto provided written and video updates and descriptions of the progress. In addition to the refresh work, he also had everything cleaned, and then staged the condo and scheduled two weekends of open houses – only one was necessary. At the end, Ernesto educated us on the ins and outs of the real estate procedures we would be following. The result of his efforts was four strong offers over our asking price! Ernesto's knowledge of the market, his ability to identify what needed to be fixed, replaced, or upgraded in the condo and what could be left alone, his connections with service providers, and his ability to project manage made the process unbelievably smooth and easy.
