Took our family photos, but we never received them. Gary would not return our phone calls or emails. Lost hundreds of dollars and we have nothing. After reading other reviews, Gary has been doing this to his customers for years! Do not recommend!!

Meeting Gary was absolutely life changing. We not only met a great photographer but made a good friend. Not being from the area he was instrumental during the planning of our wedding, I can not thank him enough for all he did, we love all the photos!! Oh, King says hi.

Gary is an absolute joy to work with! He is the sweetest person and a blast to be around, even called before the session to see if we needed drinks and brought Advil for altitude sickness. The pictures turned out amazing and the turnaround was quick. Gary truly does want to get to know you and his communication is top notch! 10/10 recommend.

Gary took family pictures for us and was paid, but we never received them. I tried to contact him for months; no return phone calls, emails, Facebook and Instagram messages. His voice mailbox became full and couldn’t take more messages. I filed a complaint with the BBB and he never responded to them either. Word of caution: read his other reviews!!! He’s been stealing money and scamming people for years!!!!!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could.

There is a reason that Gary's good reviews are a year or more old. Like the previous customer, we had a good experience with Gary taking our family photos. But, after 8 months, no prints/no flash drive/nothing. Only one email from him about 2 months after the photos were taken, telling us that he was ill, had family problems, etc and would hire people to help and get them to us. The first and last response to calls and email.

Gary is a nice guy, but clearly has problems. Do not use his services at this time. We lost $425 and we have no photos of our family. It made our time in Durango a very disappointing experience and I for one, will never return.

Working with Gary was so easy! I had 3 families in 3 different states all coming to CO for a family gathering and I wanted to do a photo session with all 15 of us. Gary took photos of the full group, individual family shots, couple photos, Kids photos- whatever we wanted. He used his professional eye to make sure we had photos that looked fantastic and he took our ideas and incorporated them into the session as well. I only wish we'd had better weather so we could've done outdoor photos. I will recommend Gary to everyone I know.
