This will be my second year that I’ve had a bad experience with this business. On 3 different accounts that I’ve scheduled an appointment- the professional was late, canceled within an hour of my second appointment and this last time she didn’t even bother showing up. After calling the business number and her personal line & texting as well- I did not receive an answer or call back. Shame on me for trying to give them another shot. If you are a busy individual who appreciates effective communication & professionalism- don’t waste your time here.

Dukes Tax services is very professional,efficient,reliable and always gets you the most out of your taxes! Tony and Michelle has been doing my taxes for years and I have never had any problems where they didn’t talk me through or fix any problems that may have occurred! This business is very proficient at what they do!!
