This company sucks. I ordered shirts in July and they said they would be available the second week of August. I got no email or anything telling me they were ready. When I called they stated they sent out an email. I know how to check my email and there was nothing. I wish the school would use a different company

Since this establishment came under new ownership and new "management" two years ago, this business has gone so far downhill. The previous owner was a local. Raised right here in our city. He cared about our community and about offering QUALITY products at a fair price. The new owner is not even an American, let alone a local, and does not care about anything but himself. The quality of the products they offer now is abysmal, and no one seems to care. Management is a joke. Do yourself a favor, and take your business elsewhere.

Highly Recommend Recently moved to PSL and was looking for a place that did embroidery. My sister referred me to Dragonfly. Took my items and the ladies were fabulous. Showed them a picture of the color I wanted and they created the design. Lisa is awesome at what she does. Environment welcoming and customer friendly. Really cared about me being satisfied. I am a happy customer, and they will be seeing me again.

The staff at Dragonfly are professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We ordered large banners through Christina, to promote our business. The banners were very high quality and have withstood the rain, storms and high temperatures without fading or falling apart.
Next, we ordered truck art, logos and lettering. Jake came to our office to discuss the options and ideas. After a quick art-approval, Dragonfly made availability that worked for us to get our trucks complete.
From colors and design, to quality and customer service, no one beats Dragonfly!

This is my personal experience. Placed an order February 1st. I waited two weeks before I called for a status. "Cookie" was very rude, and acted annoyed that she had to answer the phone. Said, "wait for an email. Will be ready the end of next week." Called at the 3rd week, again rude, wait for an email. It is now March 3rd. I call again, and NOW I get told the was a production issue, they expect it to be ready the end of next week.Never had an issue when Varsity did my kids uniforms the past two years. I hope my sons school goes back to them.

Our organization recently had an outdoor event in Ft. Pierce. Kevin and Jake were unbelievably patient, responsive, professional and accommodating. We had multiple requests including signage, oversized graphics and varied outdoor banners, all on an extremely tight deadline.
