Casey, the building manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with! Her inviting and caring attitude made it easy to explain our situation with our daughter. Not only did she take the time to understand our frustrations she was sensitive and sweet. She helped with our insurance which was a blessing and one less thing we had to do. Our appointment was a lot sooner than we expected thanks to her. I absolutely recommend! Thank you, Casey, for being so inviting and treating us like family.

Very humiliating experience. Dr Saeed was very busy on her laptop and talking to someone off camera as we had a virtual appointment. Why had I called for services? I said I'd had a stroke 8 months ago and felt I couldn't get help. Then she asked: Have you had a major life event in the last year? When I said, I told you I had a stroke 8 months ago. She said, oh yes I have to fill out this form! It never got better. I have sent an email directing me to go to Privia site and could see the "notes" taken during my appointment. There were NO notes. You are so fired! I will never seek your services. Everything you claim is a lie

Tiffany and Maddison are great medical receptionist. They get back with you at a quick and timely manner. Very polite and understanding. My daughter is a patient there and she loves her psychiatrist Malinda Conrad she listens to my daughter and wants to get to the root of what’s causing her issues and not just putting a bandage over it.Highly recommend them

I absolutely love this office! Every time I call the front desk and need anything at all, Tiffany is always there to help. She's super sweet! Holly Hollis, NP is seriously amazing! She genuinely cares and listens to you when you talk. She has your best interest at heart. I'm thankful to have found them!

We've utilized DPS for my son's mental health treatment for nearly 2 years at this point. What has occurred over the last year, and how they've treated my son, is nothing short of malpractice. From cancelling appointments and then trying to charge me for cancelling them to refusing to refill very needed prescriptions because we can't afford to go in every 3 months for refill appointments where they add completely unnecessary services just to up our bill. Speaking of how they charge, balance billing is illegal in the state of Georgia. They charge my insurance $230 per visit (self-pay is $170 last I looked), then when my insurance doesn't cover all of that because it's not the agreed to rate, they come back and charge me more.

Shantera herself is an exceptional person, but this office is horrific and should be avoided at all cost. Unfortunately, they're also one of the only options in statesboro. I'm currently running through every possible option to get my son's prescription refilled today because they won't refill something he's been on for well over a year without bleeding even more money out of me.

I have NEVER left a review for a provider or business like this. I cannot stress enough how terrible they are, and I am working on filing a complaint with the state. If I weren't poor, I'd also be calling a lawyer. But DPS knows I can't do that.

Avoid them if at all possible.
