If you are looking for more than a realtor and need more of a 1 stop shop this is the office for you. I live out of state and needed to sell my deceased father's estate. Once the tenant was removed Dale Dennis and his team helped me hire contractors to clean up the property, maintain the yard and repair damages. Dale and his team went above and beyond and treated me and the property as if I was family and this was their home. The quality of customer service goes beyond top notch. I didn't have to follow up with vendors they just took the lead and kept me posted every step of the way. I had photos and receipts for everything. Never once did I have to wonder what was going on.
When you hire Dale and his team you are getting more than a realtor you are getting a compassionate and professional team that will go above and beyond to make listing/selling your home a breeze.

While Dale Denis was pleasant to work with, don’t use him to coordinate a build with Nature Coast builders. Bill Mervine does not stay on top of things and is terrible at sending invoices when there are overages. My build has taken 1 1/2 years and even with Covid and supply chain issues this is unacceptable. Bill has horrible subs that don’t stick to a schedule. My original build quote was way off the mark due to his incompetent partner, who he has fired. Hopefully Dale gives better pricing, although he was also involved with the pricing.
