Finally after a year of patiently waiting we finally have crossbeam internet in our area! The tech guy that came out (Blake) he did great with getting everything hooked up and working. So far service has been working great! I’m so excited to finally be able to binge watch my shows again!

Highly impressed! great internet! We had a power outage at my house and the company came out on their own regard to check our internet because they noticed it was not working now that's impressive we didn't have to call them, they noticed on their own. sent somebody all the way out here in Franklin, GA to check our service.
if that's not the best customer service I don't know what would be. I am satisfied with this service and company to the max good job thank you for being a internet provider that does their job right and with pride.

We have been using hotspots for almost five years with abysmal speeds. Sending a text, having a phone conversation, or anything to do with network connectivity was so frustrating for so many years. Today, we are finally connected and it is all thanks to Crossbeam! Their customer service was always so helpful and encouraging. I'm sure I drove them crazy with all my phone calls and messages asking how much longer we had to suffer out here in the boonies. From the time they ran the fiber outside, buried it, and had it up and running was about a week. Our in-home tech, Jason did an incredible job. He was quick, professional, and answered any and all questions that we had for him. We are so thankful to be part of the Crossbeam family!

I would like to share my wonderful experience with crossbeam broadband. I feel like my internet nightmare is over. At our residence upon moving here 15 years ago we were offered dsl and received 6 mbs. Then it was dropped to 3mbs due to more residents in our area. 10 years later we were finally offered 9 mbs and were lucky to receive 8. By this time we have three cell phones, three tablets, and a PlayStation 5 combined with allot of frustration! In November of 2021 we received an email from Carroll EMC to inquire if we might be interested in a broadband service. We responded immediately. Very excited over the prospect of having a service to satisfy all of our devices. Since then we have three smart televisions in addition to the above mentioned devices. Also, a small business office as well. Today we had our service installed and it feels like we won the lottery! Everyone in our household is delighted over the fact that we don’t have to take time about using the internet. Crossbeam team members have unmatched sense of urgency along with professional knowledge. I received a voicemail from a technician(Hunter),that our box was installed while we were away from home and to feel free to return call for any questions. The following Tuesday, Maria called to schedule our appointment for installation into our home. Then today Clayton arrived at our home to carry out the installation and he did a great job with keeping neat and tidy. Not only was he on time, he text to ask if we wanted an early install. Heck yeah we do ! I would like to personally thank everyone involved in making our experience a great one! Sincerely,
