One of the co owners who helped me pick out the designs for my daughter’s uniform embroideries and placed my order was very friendly and helpful. However, the other co owner always seemed to come off as rude. Not as good of a job as I was expecting. I was told my order would be completed within a two week’s period. However, my order wasn’t completed until after a month. I reached out to check on my order after 3 weeks had passed by. I was even patient after I was told they were a little behind by the same rude co owner(remember it’s not what you say, but how you say it.😉) I received a phone about week later from checking on my order, stating that my order was ready for pickup. After picking up my order, reaching home and really looking over my order. I was a little disappointed, after waiting a month and receiving the quality of work that I received. Seemed like a rushed job and that shouldn’t be the case after waiting for a month. Anyways, thank you to the one friendly co owner.

It took them an entire month to embroider 2 shirts. Ordered 2 hats also but had to give up on those because I didn’t want to wait anymore. Poor communication with me and poor communication between the staff. Was told multiple times my items were done and ready for pick up only to find out they hadn’t even ordered the hats. Not sure how this business is surviving. Will definitely not use again.

Very , very rude , whoever that lady with eye glasses and short hair is . It was my first time to go to her place . I have a few shirts that I wanted to get printed and when I showed her the shirts I had , she told me , that the shirts I have aren’t even good quality . I asked her some questions and answered like she’s mad . She’s just very rude , bad energy already , not even welcoming . I won’t ever recommend this place . So disappointed and the way she talks to a customer is just hurtful, with how she treated me , yeah it was hurtful . I don’t think even one star is deserving.
